4. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking

• Remaining balance is due on completion

• Payments accepted via bank transfer, cash or card

5. Cancellations

• More than 7 days in advance: full refund

• Within 7 days: deposit non-refundable

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Properly pack items unless you booked packing services

• Inform us of fragile or high-value items
